Your order is processed usually within 24 hours of receipt and we will send you a detailed Confirmation showing your numbers, draw dates, and the lottery game(s) you are playing. This is your assurance that you are officially entered.

2. Computer Verification of Wins
Your numbers are computer-scanned every week and your winnings are automatically calculated.

3. Prompt Prize Notification
Every time you win a large prize, we will telephone to advise you immediately. Upon expiry of your order, you’ll receive a Final Statement showing your total winnings. On longer subscriptions, we’ll also send you an interim statement every 5 weeks so you can track the progress of your entries.

4. Issue of Winning Numbers
A complete list of winning numbers and prize breakdowns covering your play period will be enclosed with your Final Statement. This enables you to see all the draw results for yourself. (Again, on longer subscriptions, you will receive the results every 5 weeks.) You can also check the winning numbers at any time on this website.

5. Guaranteed Payment of Winnings
You are guaranteed to receive the full value of any and all prizes you win. This amount will be included with your Final Statement in the form of a cheque, bank draft, money order or applicable financial instrument for your country as per your request. In some countries we also offer direct deposit to your bank account. If you are playing a longer subscription and win a substantial prize, we will arrange payment as soon as possible after the draw in which you win. (For convenience, total wins of less than €5 will be deposited directly to your ELG account and are available upon request at any time.) European Lottery Guild does not deduct any taxes or handling fees from your prize money.

6. Currency Conversion
For your convenience, we will convert your winnings (if applicable) at the current rate of exchange. There is no extra charge for this service.

7. Your Privacy Assured
We respect the wishes of our clients and will not publicise the names or photographs of winners without their express written permission.
