What is EuroMillions?

EuroMillions is Europe’s biggest lotto game, created by nine participating countries: UK, France, Spain, Austria, Belgium, Ireland, Luxembourg, Portugal and Switzerland. Jackpots start from €15 million each and can grow to astronomical heights! Five main numbers (from a field of 50) and two “lucky star” numbers (from a field of 11) are drawn. This lotto is held twice a week – on Tuesdays and Fridays offering many chances to win.

What are the ‘lucky star’ numbers for?

EuroMillions draws two “lucky star” numbers from a field of 1 to 11. These two numbers help create a game that features the most prize levels  – 13 – of any European lotto. Match just two main numbers and your winning begins. Match the five main numbers plus the two lucky star numbers and you’ll take home the jackpot!

How can I play?

How do I not miss a draw?

You can play for more than one draw by choosing a “Subscription”. Our agents can let you know what subscriptions are available – you can play for as many weeks as you like for up to one year. Going on vacation? Want to keep your lucky numbers in play? No problem, setting up a subscription is quick, easy and ensures that you’re always in with a chance to win the jackpot.

What if I want to play other games too?

With ELG, you can select any game you want, as long as you are not a resident of that country. (In other words, a resident of EuroMillions 9 participating countries cannot play EuroMillions through ELG.) You can choose the games that suit your fancy and play as many as you wish!

How do I play with a group?

In addition to individual plays, ELG also offers syndicate play. This allows you to increase your chances of winning, or to play for longer, while reducing your costs. How do I get advance notice on Superdraws, rollovers or special events?

Superdraws are special – you never know when one will suddenly be announced and rollovers can happen at any time. Who wants to miss a chance at these larger-than-usual jackpots?  You can sign up for advance notice through email alerts or by signing up for our RSS feed.
 
How do I know if I’ve won?

There’s nothing better than knowing you’ve won! If you’ve won €1000 or more in any draw, we’ll telephone you as soon as possible to share the happy news! At the end of your play period, we always send you a Final Statement showing your total prize money won. You also receive a complete list of winning numbers so you can see the draw results for yourself.

How do I get my winnings?

Winnings are included with your Final Statement (sent automatically to you when your current play period ends) in the form of a cheque, bank draft, money order or applicable financial instrument for your country. (Total wins of less than £10 for British Lotto, or €10 for all other games, will be deposited directly to your ELG account and are available upon request at any time.) Of course, we are always happy to make any special arrangements you may require for receiving your prize money. For your convenience, we can also convert winnings to most major national currencies at the prevailing exchange rate. Don’t forget, with ELG you are guaranteed to receive the full value of all the prizes you win, with no taxes deducted and no additional fees of any kind.
