What is Spanish Lotto?

Spanish Lotto (or ‘La Primitiva‘) is Spain’s hugely popular weekly lotto game. Six main numbers and one bonus number are drawn from a field of 49. Match just three of the main numbers and you start winning!  Draws happen twice weekly - every Thursday and Saturday. With special Superdraws that can happen at any time, this is one hot ticket not to miss out on.

What is the bonus number for?

Spanish Lotto draws a bonus number in addition to the 6 main numbers. If you’ve got this, with any 5 of the main numbers – you’ve just won yourself 2nd prize! And that’s an amazing reason for a fiesta.

How do I not miss a draw?

What if I want to play other games too?

With ELG, you can select any game you want, as long as you are not a resident of that country. (In other words, a resident of Spain cannot play the Spanish Lotto through ELG.) You can choose the games that suit your fancy and play as many as you wish!

How do I play with a group?

In addition to individual plays, ELG also offers syndicate play. This allows you to increase your chances of winning, or to play for longer, while reducing your costs. How do I get advance notice on Superdraws, rollovers or special events?

How do I know if I’ve won?

There’s nothing better than knowing you’ve won! If you’ve won €1000 or more in any draw, we’ll telephone you as soon as possible to share the happy news! At the end of your play period, we always send you a Final Statement showing your total prize money won. You also receive a complete list of winning numbers so you can see the draw results for yourself.

How do I get my winnings?

Winnings are included with your Final Statement (sent automatically to you when your current play period ends) in the form of a cheque, bank draft, money order or applicable financial instrument for your country. (Total wins of less than £10 for British Lotto, or €10 for all other games, will be deposited directly to your ELG account and are available upon request at any time.) Of course, we are always happy to make any special arrangements you may require for receiving your prize money. For your convenience, we can also convert winnings to most major national currencies at the prevailing exchange rate.
