Why the new look?

If you’re a regular customer of ELG or you’ve visited us before, you’re probably wondering why the new look? Well, firstly let us reassure you that the European Lottery Guild you know and love is still here. As we planned our new website, which allows you to play online for the first time, we decided this was the perfect opportunity to refresh our brand identity at the same time.
New Brand
We felt that, although it has served us well for many years, the old European Lottery Guild logo and branding were starting to look a little tired. The new look is much cleaner and fresher, creating a cheerful and positive perception, while also clearly conveying the national lotteries you can play. It also has a character all of its own, which you’ll experience as you explore the new website.
New Website
Our new website marks one of the biggest steps forward for European Lottery Guild since our establishment in 1990. It’s clean, simple and easy to use, with all the information you could ever need on our services and the lottery games we offer. You can have fun finding out about lottery facts, previous winners and the charities that benefit when you play, as well as clear, independent advice on how to play responsibly and avoid lottery scams.
What hasn’t changed?
Our core commitment to customer service hasn’t changed. We still guarantee that you will receive every penny of your winnings and we still keep you informed every step of the way. Those who prefer can still play over the telephone and we continue to offer free and impartial advice to anyone who thinks they may be the target of a lottery scam, even if they’re not a European Lottery Guild customer. Customer services can now be contacted by email, telephone or instant message and we’re always on hand to guide you through the process, so sit back and enjoy the new site.
